Provide the useful background. Initial Trademark and Copyright Consultations begin with their full intake forms. The two strategy consultations ask shorter, service-specific preparation questions during booking.
Choose a time and pay. Every consultation includes live scheduling and secure online payment. Appointments begin no sooner than three days after booking so the attorney has time to review the information you provide.
Conflicts check and prepared conversation. Tailored IP checks for conflicts and reviews the submitted background before the meeting. A video link arrives with the confirmation. If a conflict prevents the consultation, the firm cancels it and refunds the fee in full.
