Please Note: To proceed with applying for copyright registration, you will need to both (1) complete the intake form below and (2) schedule and participate in an initial consultation. The link to schedule a consultation will be available upon completing the form.

 

There is a $100 flat fee for the consultation due upon scheduling. However, if you decide to proceed with applying for copyright registration, this fee will be credited towards the subsequent costs involved in preparing and filing the copyright registration application.
